  • When your order is shipped, we typically provide a tracking number in your order status notification email. If you did not receive one, our staff will be happy to provide you with a tracking number to track your parcel. Please contact us for your tracking number.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout, based on the dimensions and weight of your shipment, and the shipping address. We typically provide a flat shipping rate for normal (3-5 business days) shipping options.

    We also provide a next day shipping option for a small fee. To find out how much shipping will cost, please add the desired products to your cart and complete the checkout process.
